It was developed around the year 2000 and consists of 368 single-family homes spread across 3 subdivisions: Coventry, Newcastle, and Sheffield.
Sheffield is the largest subvidision with 247 homes and two kid playgrounds, Newcastle consists of 102 homes, and Coventry 19.
